Our Heather Honey has a wonderful flavour and aroma.

Wonderful on toast, in porridge or with cheese. Or even straight of the spoon. If you haven’t tasted Heather Honey, this has stronger flavour that most Honey and is considered the best of UK honey.

The bees will have foraged on Rose Bay Willowherb whilst on the moor so this has helped create a slightly more mild honey that pure honey and we think this gives it a better flavour.

This Heather Honey has been foraged by the bees whilst on holiday on the the Southern Pennines. Heather Honey has a dark colour and although thick will stay spreadable.
