Shipping

We ship to anywhere within the United Kingdom and the Chanel Islands. We cannot offer shipping to the Republic of Ireland or the EU at this time.

Our shipping is provided at a ‘flat-rate’ of £3.95 up to an order value of £29.99. Any order of £30 or more is eligible for Free Shipping!

Refunds & Returns

General queries:

If you have any general questions, require assistance, or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us at: help@aahc.co.uk

Damaged during delivery:

If your order - or part of it - arrives damaged, please contact us at: help@aahc.co.uk to arrange for a replacement or to organise a refund.

If you change your mind:

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund if the item you ordered is not what you expected, however, you will be responsible for organising any return shipping. Any items you wish to return must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and have their original, in-tact temper seal. Please get in touch at: help@aahc.co.uk with any queries.

Some of our products are exempt form a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ - if you change your mind at any point within 14 days of your order, please feel free to get in touch with us at: help@aahc.co.uk to discuss whether this affects your order.

Please note:

• o     We cannot accept returns on any products that have a broken tamper seal.

• o     We cannot accept returns on any products that have deteriorated because of their use (i.e. candles that have already been partially burned).

• o     We cannot offer exchanges or returns for honey which has crystalised.

We cannot offer an exchange or refund on any food products that have a broken tamper seal (unless the tamper seal has been broken on delivery - which would be considered a damaged delivery).
